Every gift helps a Little Hogfarmer and their family through the fight of their lives.
Join The Fight: Donate NowWe're a true nonprofit. And we care.
Every Hogfarmer is a volunteer, from our board to our event crews. Nobody here is paid, so what you donate goes to the mission. And when a family comes to us, they don't just get help. They become part of the Hogfarmer family.
That's what separates us: we care.
HOW YOUR DONATION HELPS
The costs associated with childhood diseases are staggering, and part of the donations are used to assist these families in any way that helps.
General everyday basic needs can be a cost that puts a drain on a family’s budget while they have much larger concerns. Everything about the entire family’s life is upended, and the stresses of managing a home and family while caring for a sick child can be devastating.

Why Monthly Giving Matters
How to Join
We are a 100% volunteer organization, so all donations go to our mission of helping children and families affected by pediatric cancer. Hogfarmers Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3), EIN 84-2919107. Your gift is tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Each Little Hogfarmer is sent a custom care package that includes:
- Stuffed Hogfarmer piggy
- Hogfarmer beanie
- Be Strong T-shirt
- $350 in gift cards
- A toy of the child’s choosing
- Activity books
- Pens
- Stickers
- A letter from the Hogfarmers
Each box is lovingly packed with items chosen to provide comfort and support for the entire family, whether it is an activity that brings a smile to a child’s face or a quick meal that makes a hectic day of treatment just a little easier.
Lending a helping hand
The Hogfarmers use your donations to provide essential items that not only help ease the financial burden on families, but also give them back valuable time. When a child is in the hospital or undergoing treatment, even something as simple as shopping for everyday family needs can become overwhelming. We are grateful to step in and help make those difficult days a little easier.

Hogfarmers Halloween Event
Every October, families join us for bowling and food, and every child gets a Halloween costume, including brothers and sisters who don't have cancer.
Lincoln's Light: Hope for the Holidays
Lincoln was a bright, joyful young boy who bravely fought T-cell leukemia. Though his time with us was far too short, his light was undeniable, radiating love, strength, and hope to everyone who knew his story.
Lincoln's Light carries that light forward. Every gift to this program helps pediatric cancer families during the holidays by clearing their holiday wish lists and funding holiday grants.
