The Hogfarmers teamed up with Safeway to buy groceries for a pediatric cancer family. Safeway graciously donated $200.00 worth of groceries and the Hogfarmers matched it. The Hogfarmers spent the day at a SafeWay store in Sterling, VA dressed up in their gameday gear shopping.

Jingle Ball Concert 2022 Danielle family
On December 14th, 2022 the Hogfarmers Charitable Foundation host the Danielle family, a 19-year-old girl in remission of Leukemia to the 2022 Jingle Ball concert in Washington D.C. The family enjoyed the concert with amazing seats, VIP experiences and great entertainment throughout the night. This amazing night was in partnership with BIG100/HOT 99.5 IHeartRadio.
2022 Kainah Family Christmas Event
On December 18th, 2022 the Hogfarmers charitable foundation and Beyond the Entertainer partnered up to make a magical day for the Kaniah family a 4-year-old girl battling Leukemia. Jaylans Wishlist Trip
August 28th, 2021 The Hogfarmers were able to send Jaylan to Six Flags for an eventful day with his family. A personal guided tour through the park as the family enjoyed the day.
Washington Commanders Training Camp End of Treatment Event
On August 8th, 2022 The Hogfarmers teamed up with Washington Commanders Community Relations to create a once and in lifetime end of treatment celebration for Sophie Manning, a 5-year-old girl diagnosed with ALL leukemia in late 2019.
Medstar Visit
The Hogfarmers visited Medstar Hospital in Washington DC in December 2019. This event was meant to raise the spirits of kids who were long-term patients. Each child received a bag of gifts and were entertained by members of the Hogfarmers.
